Acrisure is a company of over 17,000 people in 21 countries. So how do you drive consideration for the biggest insurance company you’ve never heard of?

The Direction

Research shows that almost half of insurance shoppers cite “trust in an insurance company” and “customer service” as the primary factors in choosing an insurance company. Acrisure’s personal approach to insurance is the perfect antidote to the frustrations, uncertainties and challenges that arise during insurance buying. 


The company signed Lionel Richie as brand ambassador in 2023 and wanted to get the word out and drive consideration of the brands’ superior offerings. So we made Lionel an analog for Acrisure’s distinctly human touch, introducing him in surprising ways with his signature showmanship right at a client’s moment of need to give them a boost of confidence and a simple, straightforward solution to their insurance and fintech needs.
